4oz of Canada Dry ginger ale
1.5 oz of vodka
Squeeze of lime juice
Garnish with lime

Mix, serve over ice and enjoy!

2 1/2 shots Frangelico
1/2 shot Grenadine
1/2 shot Kahlua

Mixing instructions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Grenadine and Frangelico and shake till frothy. Strain into chilled Martini glass. Slowly add the Kahlua and garnish with cherry or Hershey's Kiss.

Bailey’s Comet   1 ½ oz Bailey’s Irish Cream  1 ½ oz Butterscotch Schnapps  ¾ oz Goldschlager  1 tbsp 151 Rum  1 dash Cinnamon:
BAILEY'S COMET
1 ½ oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 ½ oz Butterscotch Schnapps
¾ oz Goldschlager
1 tbsp 151 Rum
1 dash Cinnamon

Shake the Bailey‘s, butterscotch schnapps and Goldschlager with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a cocktail glass. Put a shallow layer of 151-proof rum on top. Light the rum on fire, then immediately sprinkle a generous dash of cinnamon on top. The cinnamon will sparkle and flame. Don’t let it burn too long, or the Bailey’s will curdle!

strawberries, stems cut off and sliced into halves
vanilla seltzer (or lemon lime soda if you'd like a sweeter version)
whipped cream vodka
sugar or artificial sweetener
ice cubes
chocolate sauce for glass rim (optional)

Instructions
In a 12-16 oz glass, muddle two strawberries until they are broken down into very small pieces. Add a pinch of sugar while muddling. Pour in two ounces whipped cream vodka and add ice to half-fill glass. Slowly, fill glass to top with vanilla seltzer (or lemon-lime soda) and stir gently to mix ingredients. Add a strawberry slice to the glass as a garnish, or rim glass with dark chocolate sauce.

CHOCOLATE BLITZEN

1/2 oz. (15ml) Vodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) Dark Creme de Cacao
1 oz. (30ml) Baileys Irish Cream
1 1/2 Cup Chocolate Ice Cream
Chocolate Sprinkles
2 oz. (60ml) Melting Chocolate

1. Rim glass with hot melted chocolate and dip in chocolate sprinkles.

2. Blend vodka, creme de cacao, baileys and ice cream. Do not blend the ice cream completely to a liquid. Let it maintain some of it's thickness.
3. Pour into chocolate rimmed glass and add sprinkles on top

10 cranberries
6 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 ounces gin
1 cup cranberry juice
3 ounce sweet vermouth
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 cup Champagne
2 marshmallow
4 cloves
1 toothpick

Muddle 8 of the cranberries and 2 of the rosemary sprigs in a shaker. Add the gin, cranberry juice and vermouth and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into 2 chilled cocktail glasses. Top each glass with Champagne.

To garnish, place the remaining 4 rosemary sprigs into 2 marshmallows to create antlers. Break the toothpick in half and insert into front of the marshmallow and attach the remaining cranberries to create the noses. Then, place the 4 cloves between the noses and antlers to create eyes.
