WWA members take part in many events and networking opportunities in order to help them network with other writers as well as others who can help them achieve their writing goals and dreams.

• Newsletter: The Wisconsin Writers Association’s newsletter will keep you informed of the activities of the association, other writers, and of writing in general in Wisconsin.
• Creative Wisconsin Magazine: Creative Wisconsin includes articles and creative writing by members. This magazine offers members a serious outlet to publish some of their best work.
• Author and Writing Service Showcase:  Members will have opportunities to show and sell their books and/or writing-related services at the WWA annual conferences and other writing related events.
• Promotion: Members may post a promotional headshot and a 100-word bio on the WWA website Member Page. See Member Page for details.
• Annual Writing Contests: The WWA sponsors two writing contests annually, offering prizes of up to $100 in each category. See the Contest page for details.
• Writing Conference: Attending the WWA annual conference gives members opportunities to mingle with fellow writers, editors, publishers, and many others who have writing expertise, ideas, and experiences to share.
